Today is the 3rd day on the cleanse. This is the 'hump' day. Last day of the fiber drink for 4 days and then onto probiotic restore. I have been getting hungry so I think I need to eat a bit more fruit in the AM Snack or add some oatmeal (not sure on that one).
Breakfast - Spark, Fiber drink, orange
Mid-Morning Snack - berries
Lunch - Salad with tuna, carrot, and cashews
Mid-Afternoon Snack - rice cake & peanut butter
Dinner - Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake, Eggs, Apple & peanut butter
